100 Night Sleep Trial

We want you to love your pillow. Period.

If, for any reason, the pillow does not meet your expectations, please email within 100 nights of the original purchase for instructions on how to return your pillow for a refund. Please note that if you return a product under our 100 Night Sleep Trial Policy that we originally shipped to an address in Alaska or Hawaii, we cannot refund the shipping fees you paid for the original delivery.

Your returned pillow will likely be donated to a charity supporting active-duty military, veterans, or first responders.

The OpenAir Pillow 100 Night Sleep Trial Policy is limited to two returns per household per year, and it must be exercised directly with OpenAir Pillow no later than the 100th day following delivery of the Pillow for which you want a refund.

Please note that, in all cases, the original receipt showing proof of purchase may be required to take advantage of the 100 Night Sleep Trial Policy.
