We want you to love everything you purchase from OpenAir Pillow. Period.

All of our products—including pillows, pillowcases, and bedding accessories—are covered by our 100 Night Sleep Trial. If, for any reason, your item doesn’t meet your expectations, simply email us at info@openairpillow.com within 100 nights of delivery for return instructions and a refund.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees to Alaska or Hawaii are non‑refundable.
• Returned items may be donated to organizations supporting veterans, active-duty military, or first responders.
• The 100 Night Sleep Trial is limited to two returns per household per year.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Defects or Warranty Claims

If any item arrives damaged, defective, or develops an issue during its warranty period, contact us immediately at info@openairpillow.com, and we’ll make it right.
