How to sleep with the pillow

While our pillow's design supports various sleeping positions to meet your comfort needs, we recommend the following method for maximum benefits:

  • Step 1: Lie on your side

    Lie on your side so that the short end of the L tucks snugly under your neck and head. Let the long part of the L run down your back. You should be lying directly on your shoulder socket.

  • Step 2: Draw the pillow close

    With your other arm, draw the longer length of the pillow close. The pillow should be snug and in direct contact with your back. You should feel like you're being hugged.

  • Step 3: Relax your back into the pillow

    Now, rotate your torso and shift all the weight of your back onto the longer section of the pillow. This rotation will naturally move you from your shoulder socket onto your shoulder blade. You will find yourself sleeping somewhere between side sleeping and back sleeping.
