Can I adjust the down pillow?
Not quite but that’s the beauty of it. Our Down Pillow is filled with a plush, airy blend of responsibly sourced merino wool, down, and feathers that naturally settles and reshapes with use.
For best results, give it a good fluff before bed each night. It helps the down loft back up and keeps your pillow feeling fresh and cozy.
How do I care for my Down Pillow?
Start by removing the outer cover, which can be machine washed cold and tumble dried low.
The inner pillow is also washable — just use a gentle cycle, cold water, and mild detergent.
Tumble dry on low with dryer balls to help fluff and fully dry the down. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets.
To refresh between washes, just toss the pillow in the dryer on low for 10–15 minutes with dryer balls. It’s a quick fluff that keeps your pillow cloud-like and cozy.
What should I do when it arrives?
First, remove it from the bag and let it fully bloom. Then unzip the outer cover and give it, and the pillowcase, a quick wash before first use. It may take a few hours to reach its full shape — that’s totally normal.
How long does it take to get used to it?
For most, it’s just a few nights. We recommend giving it 7–10 nights to let your body adjust. This pillow is designed to guide you into a better position, so it may feel new at first but once you feel it, you’ll get it.
